Using MyDeviceHub, you can remotely manage and control your fleet of Vscan Air handheld ultrasound devices from anywhere. This solution enables you to manage your handheld ultrasound devices centrally from a web-based portal with greater control across the enterprise.

For example, establish access policies, assign probes to specific departments, and remotely configure devices, from one centralized, web-based portal. You can also set up DICOM® destinations per fleet and even restrict fleet usage to specific, named users. On top of this, you can view usage logs for greater ongoing monitoring and control.

Are the ultrasound solutions within Vscan Air + Digital Tools secure?

Vscan Air + Digital Tools offers a high level of data privacy and security for your organization. The tools are HIPAA-compliant with end-to-end data encryption via the TLS protocol for sharing data from the Vscan Air app.

Security features include secure DICOM® including the option of peer authentication, auto-anonymized images when sharing with other apps, secure user authentication, and passwords required to access patient data. Exam data can be restricted to remain within your organization, as well.

For added security, you can restrict usage of a fleet to named users, monitor when and who used a particular Vscan Air device and prevent use of a probe remotely (in case of loss or theft), and more.

Does Vscan Air + Digital Tools offer connectivity and collaboration for training and support?

With MyRemoteShare1, you can easily and securely connect with colleagues and educators in real-time with audio, video, and screen share capabilities for training and support such as scan guidance and oversight.
